Which Adobe program should I use for...?

making brochures and sheets to hand out at trade shows for my company? We have an external marketing company that creates the files and prints them at their shop. I would like to at least be able to make them and use them to print the doents. I don't know how they created the pictures they use in the stuff they've printed in the past but they're pretty impressive.
