Don't you think that the WWE should've gave Shelton Benjamin a World Title when he was in his prime 2004-2005?

yes back when he was drafted to Raw in 2004 and he beat Triple H on his first night on Raw i thought for sure Shelton would have/ should have gotten a World Title Push but it never happened
