Are their any legitimate lenders out there who isnt trying to scam people,, im trying to get a small loan of?

only 4200 , im a dissabled pensioner and no banks or credit cards will help me . i have no other debt , ive been scammed twice now and im really upset that people can does this ... im looking for a private lender or company that can help me ,, i live in australia sso please keep that in mind when answering me.... i have a $8000 diamond regestered and trademarked which i will use as collateral please please no more scammers , i have a wife and 3 kiddies and we dont have much and every cent i lose is food from their mouths....
