Are questions related to candidates on Yahoo Answers protected under the First Amendment?

My wife posted on Yahoo Answers related the Obama being a Socialist. The question was flagged, when she attempted to appeal she was told she could not ask the question by a moderator at Yahoo. I'm quite sure all political speach is protected under the First Amendment. Can Yahoo! be sued for this?
