IS it time for the world to boycoot the Beiljing Olympics?

The abuse in Tibet, political prisoners, torture and religious persecution in China continue at an appalling level. The Chinese dictatorship will use the Olympics to justify itself. Should the world now start to boycott the 2008 games?
