Honda's teg,prelude, and accord

i have a 91 acura integra and my friends got a 97 honda prelude and he is running 15's in a 1/4 mile and im running 17's in 1/4 mile i was thinking about getting an accord with the 3.0 liter vtech will the accord be faster than the prelude or can i get my teg faster than the prelude i want to be ale to beat the prelude with the h22 please help me
