Why do I continue to receive bogus lotto-winner and enhancement offers via email. I report them as spam

This is an easy one. First off most of the time what will happen is, when you sign up for an account on certain websites that are not "popular" as official sites. And when you make the account, they get your E-Mail and what will happen is they will sell E-Mail accounts to spammers. Thats how they get their money, that and advertisements. Hope this helped.
