Question for eye-contact users.?

Okay so I bought a boc of contact lenses a few months ago. I used 3 of the 6 and the box. Today I went to go open the fourth one. I opened it and their was no contact inside. I opened the 5th one and there was no contact to be found. Likewise with the sixth. The last 3 containers did not hold any contacts. Is this possible? Has this happened to anyone else? Also is their anyway I can get my money back or given the contacts ?
