Can i buy a new sirius radio and use it with my current subscription?

Yes Give Sirius A call at 1-888-539-7474 and tell them you want to "Change" radios. They will ask you for your new radio ID. There shouldn't be any charges. But your other radio will probably work for another week or more so you can use that with out paying! :)
