What the fcuk is going on with me?

Two days ago I was frying some food and I was hovering over the frying pan for a while, then I turned the air on cuz it was hot. Some while later, I started sneezing and then I had a bad headache and my eyes were hurting and when I went the the movies that same day I was sneezing and I was congested and I was thinking "fcuk, my allergies" so when I got back from the movies I took a Benadril and then I fell asleep, the next day I woke up and I felt hot and I didn't have a fever though and my head was hurting a lot. Almost all day yesterday I felt week and ****. Today I feel the same but with a minor headache. Does anyone know whats going on?
