>Yes, the parts are compatible with each other. Don't forget you need a cpu/heatsink fan embly to cool the cpu and some thermal paste. Also, make sure that you have enough ROOM between the back of the chis and the hard disk cage to fit that HD 5770 card into, its a huge card! You will need about 12" of room to fit it in and at least one 6 pin 12 volt PCIe connector coming from the power supply.
