Is Manny Harris of the Cavaliers going to be an ok player in the next three years if he stays with them?

I watched the pre season game against the Mavericks and he played pretty good for somebody I never heard of. I was like who is this dude and it got me thinking if he plays like that consistently that he could be a starter in 3 years so could he be a starter in about 3 seasons?
