when i first started in dep i could do only 30 push ups, 1.5 mile run in about 13 minutes, and i could do about 20 sit ups, but ive been running atleast 4 times a week running an hour minumum and i can do about 60 pushups and about 55 sit ups is that good enough to p bootcamp with also if anybody has been in navy bootcamp can you give me some hints on things to do and what not to do thanks....
