I believe my best friends a ghost?

I believe my best friends a ghost, shes the same age as me, and shes pretty. she tells me things, all i know is that her names rosie and her mum drowned her when she was 13. shes very kind and tells me who to avoid, and who to be friends with, is this normal? please dont offend her, i dont wish to see her upset.
