How do i become more confident?!?

well im all quiet in cl but when im with my friends im loud (being a retart:L) but with guys i like or think are cute i dont talk coz i dont know what to say . And i reealy want a bf i am the only one out of my friends who hasnt had one yer ( and im 14!!) plz help :)
