Do any of you believe that affirmative action causes reverse discrimination?

Do any of you believe that reverse discrimination is an effect from affirmative action? When company's set out to prefer protected cl members (women and minorities) when filling vacant job openings, does this cause a reverse discrimination against white males who may be qualified for the job openings?
