Can I use an Air martess airer upper thing to blow up balloons?

pressure is related to volume. For similar conditions, the more pressure you have, the less volume and vice versa. The reason air mattresses have low pressure is due to their volume, not their pump. There's absolutely no reason you can't blow up balloons with this pump! Go for it!
