BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) Cure?

Does anyone know a REAL cure for BV? I have chronic BV. It is always there. Antibiotics DO NOT WORK! I have tried hydrogen peroxide douches, iodine douches, folic acid, oral acidophilus , RePhresh (both l inserts and the oral pill. the l inserts give me yeast infections.) I have been struggling with this for years and can not take it anymore! I have wanted to try l acidophilus suppositories, but can not find them. I have tried every health food store in the area. I have only found a few online and they all say they are for yeast infections. What will work for good??!! Help!
